Our screenings usually take place on Sunday evenings and function as "dinner theater for people in the know." Each screening features an independent feature film and a 30-minute panel and roundtable discussion and planning campaigns. Filmmakers join the groups via Skype videoconferencing from all corners of the globe - Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dubai, Boston so far - in order to field questions from our live audience. Wonderful food is available. For a filmmaker, this is the next best thing to theatrical distribution without the overheads.

Our 2008 calendar will include: 

NETWORK PREMIERES - All six film groups will download the same film and project the film to its audience for a six-city network wide premiere.

LOCAL FILMMAKERS - Groups can partner with local filmmakers to feature work they have on NomadsLand.

ADVOCACY PARTNERSHIPS - Groups can produce co-sponsored film nights with foundations, activist groups, social enterprises or non-profits to raise awareness about issues and campaigns.
